This study describes a Graphic design research project focused on the needs of bioengineer with Comparative Genomic Analysis of 60 Mycobacteriophage Genomes: Genome Clustering, Gene Acquisition, and Gene Size. Through the study and analysis of the genetic comparison data, we find the comparison logic - similarity and difference. And the possibility of adding multiple comparisons to the visualization process.The study is divided into two parts. Part 1 consists of Compare a set of genetic data, and get an intuitive comparison.In Part 2, a design plan will be proposed, consisting of a specific expression of the plan layout, renderings, and a model. Finally, We will work with the group of real Genomic data to present our proposed design and strive for the area of project experiment.
